Technical Support hours are from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
The number to call for Tech Support is 618-939-9895. Please do not use the business line for Tech Support inquiries.
The Tech Support Policy is as follows:
1. Calls placed on the Tech Support phone number are priority. Please do not call the primary line for technical support, you will be asked to hang up and call the support line.
2. Calls will be returned in the order received.
3. Shepherd Communication has a maximum of 8 business hours to return a Tech Support inquiry.
4. Please leave your name and return phone number as well as your technical support issue or question.
5. Shepherd Communication will attempt to assist with support questions for the Shepherd Communication software products. No assistance will be provided for Medicaid issues or questions or hardware related issues or questions.
6. Technical support will be delivered on the most current version of the software product only. Please check to make sure that you are using the most current version of the software, prior to contacting technical support.
