Welcome
Welcome to Shepherd Communication’s website. Shepherd
Communication has been in the business of developing software for Medicaid
Providers to provide them with easier methods of billing claims, tracking
employees, and schedule maintenance for clients for over ten years.
Following is an overview of the Software Products that
are available from Shepherd Communication, Inc.
MEDI-HC has been designed to meet your state’s Medicaid
billing requirements. This easy-to-use electronic billing software replaces HCFA
forms and makes paper billing obsolete and inefficient. Electronic claim
processing ensures fewer errors and greater percentage of paid claims which
means improved cash flow to the Provider. Unlike some electronic billing
software, there is not a per-claim fee.
MEDI-ECS
The MEDI-Employee Call-In
System (MEDI-ECS) is a convenient service that allows personal care or homemaker
aides to clock in and out by telephone and to record the tasks performed in the
home. There’s no more “hoping” that all of the appointments were made that day –
just peace of mind knowing that your business is fulfilling its mission of
providing care.

MEDI-EMS
As a provider of
home health services, you know that scheduling and thorough records are crucial
to your business. MEDI-EMS allows you to use one central computer program to
maintain vital information about your employees and clients – all easily stored
and retrieved.
MEDI-RB
MEDI-Remote is simple, safe,
and convenient. The software program is installed onto your computer and then
securely connected through the Internet to MEDI-Remote’s off-site servers. Your
data is automatically backed up at the time and frequency you choose – so there
are no interruptions in your daily work and no intervention needed on your end.
The data is encrypted before it leaves your computer, ensuring no one can read
it but you and then transmitted and stores at our off-site location.
